3.1.18:Offline auto start/stop
1.Feature Introduction
The PowerWriter client software supports the automatic start/stop programming function on the offline programming configuration page. The specific steps are as follows:
- Check the "Automatic Chip Detection" option.
- Load the project file to the programmer (click the Load shortcut button or select Offline Load from the Execute menu).
- Disconnect the connection with the software, and manually trigger one programming cycle by pressing the button.
- Replace the chip — the programmer will automatically detect and start the programming process.
Depending on production requirements, you can set the debounce time for placing and removing the chip. This helps prevent false detection due to mechanical contact bounce during loading/unloading.
Insert chip to jitter time(ms):When chip connection is detected, delay the set time before operation.
Unplug chip to jitter time(ms):when the chip is detected offline, delay the set time before the subsequent operation.
