The PWX1 device is based on the PW300 device, the function is massively enhanced, the above only describes part of the functional characteristics.

2.1.2 Important note (must read)​

  • Please use the supplied accessories, Type-C USB cable, signal cable, and other accessories to avoid communication instability that may prevent normal communication with the device or with the target chip.
  • The use of the Hub should be avoided as much as possible, and opting for a direct connection to the PC USB port will improve communication stability.
  • Please use the supplied DC power supply for power supply when driving PCB boards with large power to avoid unstable system operation caused by insufficient USB power supply.
  • The communication ports of the device are protected by isolation, but in special (high-voltage) applications, it is still necessary to equip a PowerWriter® high-voltage isolation drive controller for isolation, please contact customer service or technical support for details.
  • When the system > Windows 7 SP1, the device is drive-free (no need to install additional drivers), the device can be driven by the system's native driver, if the device communication is abnormal, please through the PowerWriter® Client->Menu->Help->Device Driver Installation for the installation, uninstallation, cleaning and reinstallation of the driver, etc., if you need help, please contact technical support.

2.1.7 Warranty​

  • Products from the date of sale 7 days no reason to return or exchange (does not affect the second sale, except for human damage).
  • Non-personnel damage within 1 month will only be exchanged and not repaired (postage included).
  • A 1-year warranty is provided.
  • More than 1 year repair(need to pay the material labor cost).

No free warranty service is provided for the following situations:

  • Equipment damaged due to artificial damage,modification or maintenance.
  • Equipment is damaged beyond the environment requirements.
