6.2.3 Delete Project

1.Delete or export the project

The default built-in storage of the PWX1 device is 32GB, which is sufficient for users' high-volume production application scenarios.

However, if a PKG is no longer needed or the storage space of the device needs to be cleared, you can delete or export it.

1.1 Delete by Long Press​

In the PWX1's image selection menu, locate the file to be deleted. Press and hold the confirmation button to delete the file.

1.2 Delete in U Disk Mode​

Setting Method:

  • Connect the PWX1 to your computer using a USB cable.
  • Tap the "U Disk Mode" button on the PWX1 screen.
  • Open the newly appeared drive on your computer.
  • Navigate to the folder corresponding to the desired date, locate the file, then right-click to delete or copy it as needed.

By entering this disk, you can batch import or export PKG files, as well as delete or rename them.

tip

If a password is set for the PKG file, the PKG copied from the disk must be loaded into the programmer with the correct password entered; otherwise, it cannot be loaded properly. If no password is set, the file can be loaded normally without any password requirement.
