1.WPS compatibility issue
Based on previous customer feedback and in-depth investigation, we found that the DLL file shipped with certain versions of WPS Office hooks the system file browser and changes its default behavior. This mainly causes the following symptoms:
1.The PowerWriter client software fails to load the PKG file, and no file dialog pops up as expected.
2.The file browsing dialog behaves abnormally: the project files are visible on the local disk in Windows Explorer, but cannot be found in the file dialog opened from the software.
3.The software crashes and exits unexpectedly when opening the file dialog.
2.Solutions
1.Change the WPS version: go to the WPS official website and download and install another version.
2.Use a tool such as 360 Total Security to delete that DLL file. The WPS file is usually named qingse.dll / qingnse64.dll, or something similar.
