5.5 LAN advanced settings
5.5.1 Overview
By default, LAN adopts the LAN device discovery service to connect devices, in addition to this, it additionally provides the public network device information exchange service and specifies the IP address of the receiving end to search (pair) the devices to enhance the connectivity of the LAN. The function entrance of the LAN advanced settings is as follows, and after you tap it, you can enter into the advanced settings in the LAN mode as shown in the figure:
5.5.2 Descriptions
5.5.2.1 Work mode
- Device Discovery (default): Transceiver devices under the same subnet segment can be quickly recognized and paired through the device discovery service.
- WLAN Information Exchange : Transceiver devices connect to the Power Debugger public network server to complete the exchange of device information, and this mode can realize cross-subnet.
- Specify transmitter IP: manually fill in the IP address of the transmitter, you can try to specify the IP address of the transmitter device when there is no public network on the LAN and pairing cannot be realized through the device discovery service.
All three modes of operation have specific usage scenarios and specific requirements, so please pay attention to the detailed introduction of the three modes of operation.
